At Logical Blend, we take pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted Panjeeri, health blends, and other edible products. Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

To ensure the safety and integrity of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchased items, including but not limited to:
✔ Panjeeri and Health Blends
✔ Add-ons & Snacks
✔ Gummies & Nutritional Treats

This policy is in place to prevent contamination, tampering, and ensure product freshness. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is considered final sale.

2. Refunds – Limited Exceptions

While we do not offer refunds, exceptions may be made in the following cases:
✅ Damaged or Defective Products – If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the situation and may provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
✅ Lost or Undelivered Orders – If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

💡 Important: Refunds will not be issued for:
🚫 Change of mind or personal preference
🚫 Incorrect address provided by the customer
🚫 Delays caused by shipping carriers

3. How to Report an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at logicalblend@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect product & packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

4. Order Cancellations

🚀 Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Since we begin processing orders immediately to maintain product freshness, cancellations are not possible after checkout.
